The Desert in Bloom

The desert is amazing for seeing resilience in action, the plants here look like they are dead most of the time, but if you look close enough you can see the life in them, they are just waiting for a spring rain to burst forth with the most beautiful flowers. I think our spirits are like those desert plants, just waiting for one good thing to let joy come out again.
